Dragi colegi,

În urma perioadei de Evaluare a Cadrelor Didactice, vă reamintim că am lansat un formular de feedback care are scopul de a colecta sugestii de îmbunătățire a procesului.

Procesul de Evaluare a Cadrelor Didactice trebuie să fie pragmatic, acesta pune în evidență punctele forte ale actului educațional, validate de către studenți pentru a păstra maniera sa, dar și a punctelor slabe care ar trebui să fie însoțite de soluții detaliate. Cu toate acestea, implicarea din partea studenților este una scăzută, iar noi considerăm că eficientizarea procesului ar putea fi una dintre soluțiile pentru această problemă. Following the Teaching Staff Evaluation period, we remind you that we have launched a feedback form that aims to collect suggestions for improving the process.

The Teaching Framework Evaluation process must be pragmatic, highlighting the strengths of the education act, validated by the students to preserve its manner, but also the weak points that should be accompanied by detailed solutions.
