Modificări ale regulamentului de burse. Cuantumuri și acordarea burselor.

Dragi colegi,

În urma ședințelor Senatului Universitar UTCN în care s-au votat modificările aduse regulamentului de burse vă prezentăm următoarele:

  1. Cuantumul burselor devine: 
  • Bursă socială: 950 RON
  • Bursă de performanță academică nivel II: 1100 RON
  • Bursă de performanță academică nivel I: 1350 RON
  • Bursă de performanță științifică: 1500 RON
  • Bursă pentru ajutor social ocazional: 950 RON
  • Bursă specială (cultural-artistică, pentru activități extracurriculare și voluntariat): 1100 RON
  • Bursă de performanță sportivă: 1100 RON
  1. Bursele se acordă pe durata a 12 luni;
  2. Studenții din anul întâi pot să primească bursă de performanță 1 sau 2 în funcție de media de la admitere;
  3. Criteriul care prevede că studentul trebuie să fie integralist este înlocuit cu condiția ca studentul să promoveze anul curent. În cazul în care o materie nu este promovată, aceasta se va calcula la medie ca fiind nota 0.

Conform Ordinului de Ministru nr. 6463, publicat în Monitorul Oficial în data de 10 octombrie 2023, bursele au fost definite în categoriile menționate mai sus, iar dat fiind faptul că în cadrul UTCN până la acest moment exista categoria definită „burse de merit”, am optat pentru a ramifica bursele de performanță academică pe 2 nivele, astfel că bursa de performanță academică nivel II poate fi asemănată cu bursa de merit tradițională.

Totodată, până la finalul acestei luni, vor intra minimum 2 burse. În cazul în care ministerul va distribui fonduri către universități, vor fi virate toate 3.

Dear colleagues,

Following the sessions of the University Senate of UTCN, during which the changes to the scholarship regulations were voted on, we present the following information:

(1) The scholarship amounts are as follows:

  • Social scholarship: 950 RON
  • Academic performance scholarship level II: 1100 RON
  • Academic performance scholarship level I: 1350 RON
  • Scientific performance scholarship: 1500 RON
  • Occasional social aid scholarship: 950 RON
  • Special scholarship (cultural-artistic, for extracurricular activities and volunteering): 1100 RON
  • Sports performance scholarship: 1100 RON

(2) Scholarships are granted for a duration of 12 months.

(3) First-year students can receive performance scholarship 1 or 2 depending on their admission average.

(4) The criterion requiring the student to pass all of his exams is replaced with the condition that the student must pass the current year. If a subject is not passed, it will be calculated into the average as a grade of 0.

According to Ministerial Order No. 6463, published in the Official Gazette on October 10, 2023, scholarships have been defined in the mentioned categories. Given that the UTCN had the category "merit scholarships" defined until this moment, we have chosen to differentiate academic performance scholarships into 2 levels, so that the academic performance scholarship level II can be equated with the traditional merit scholarship.

Also, we expect that by the end of the year, a minimum of 2 scholarships will be awarded, but there is a chance that all 3 will be awarded. This fact is directly correlated with the funding provided to the universities by the ministry.
