Acordarea bursei sociale pentru semestrul II 2026
Dragi colegi,
Dorim să vă informăm că din semestrul II sursa de finanțare a fondului de burse sociale va fi asigurată printr-un proiect implementat de către UEFISCDI în parteneriat cu Ministerul Educației și Cercetării.
Astfel, mai jos vă prezentăm pașii pe care trebuie să îi urmați pentru acordarea burselor sociale în Semestrul II.
ETAPA I
Se adresează studenților care au beneficiat de bursă socială în semestrului I al anului universitar 2025-2026. Această etapă este obligatorie.
Toți beneficiarii trebuie să semneze Acordul privind acordarea bursei sociale, în două exemplare, și să îl depună la secretariatul facultății la care studiază.
Fiecare student vizat va primi, pe adresa de e-mail declarată oficial în baza de date a universității, un link către un formular de înscriere/confirmare.
ETAPA II
Se adresează studenților care au depus cerere pentru bursa socială în semestrul II (an universitar 2025-2026).
Toții beneficiarii din această etapă trebuie să urmeze pașii prezentați la ETAPA I.
IMPORTANT
Termenul limită de completare a informațiilor este de maxim 7 zile calendaristice de la primirea email-ului.
Verificați inclusiv folderul Spam. De asemenea, asigurați-vă că datele completate în formular sunt identice cu cele din actul de identitate.
Procedura trebuie să fie finalizată în cel mai scurt timp, pentru a nu fi afectat procesul de acordare a burselor.

Dear colleagues,
We would like to inform you that, starting from Semester II, the funding source for the social scholarship fund will be provided through a project implemented by UEFISCDI in partnership with the Ministry of Education and Research (MEC).
Therefore, below we present the steps you need to follow in order to receive the social scholarships in semester II.
STAGE I
This stage is intended for students who benefited from a social scholarship in semester I of the 2025–2026 academic year. This stage is mandatory.
All beneficiaries must sign the Agreement regarding the granting of the social scholarship, in two copies, and submit it to the secretariat of the faculty where they study.
Each student concerned will receive, at the email address officially registered in the university database, a link to a registration/confirmation form.
STAGE II
This stage is intended for students who submitted an application for the social scholarship in Semester II (academic year 2025–2026).
All beneficiaries in this stage must follow the steps presented in STAGE I.
IMPORTANT
The deadline for completing the information is within a maximum of 7 calendar days from receiving the email.
Please also check your Spam folder. In addition, make sure that the data entered in the form is identical to the information in your identity document.
The procedure must be completed as soon as possible so that the scholarship awarding process is not affected.
